[COVERAGE][EVENT] THE KING GET-TOGETHER TOUR PARTY IN MALAYSIA 2018

SERI KEMBANGAN - The Korean idol boys group The KIng came to Malaysia for The King Get-Together Tour Party in Malaysia 2018. The King came to Malaysia from April 27th to May 1st, 2018 for a five days promo tour. The KIng is a five young man group from South Korea whom made their debut back in 2012. They are Choi Rang (27) , Sejin (26) , Donghyeok (25) , Seungjae (24) and Bawool (23). Since debut, they mainly focus on Hip-Hop and R&B genre. Before their debut, they actively took part in various performance inclusive to perform at Hongdae, Korea and Japan. The five boys ended their promotion tour here in Malaysia successfully and will continue their tour soon to Thailand and other countries.

After their showcase ended at Atria Shopping Gallery, The King Get Together Tour Party continue on the next day at The Mines Shopping Mall. The showcase started around 12PM with the introduction from the emcee, Rya Yahaya and the boys performed two of their songs which is 통수<Look Back> and 운명<Destiny>. After they finish with their performance, the showcase then continued with a quick Q&A session.

Q&A Sessions :

Q1: Introduce The King latest album and your experience in preparing the album 'Look Back'.

Choi Rang: "Look Back" is not a R&B song, but it is a dance song. When we shoot music video for this song, we use two drones but one of it was broken because it's fall. The drones quiet expensive.

Q2: Name 1 Malaysian favourite meal and which meal that you want to learn?

SeungJae: At first time I came to Malaysia, I really liked Satay. It was really good. But I would like to learn how to make Roti Tisu because Bawool recommend it to me.

Q3: What is The King's favourite sport and why?

Choi Rang: For me, since I was young, I really like to play football.

DongHyeok: I really like to play bowling. At weekend, since I was young, me and my family went to play bowling together.

Sejin: Me too, just like Choi Rang, I really like to play football. He is my rival. I'm Ronaldo and he is Messi. (pointing to Choi Rang)

Seungjae: I like to do scuba diving.

Bawool: Since I liked to something relaxing , I prefer to play pool / snooker.

After their Q&A session ended, they then continued with their third and forth song, 눈꽃<Makes Me High> and 이상하다<Strange>. They then take a short break and continued performing their last song, 바다,너랑<Ocean and You>.

The showcase then continued with the game session with fans, which is called Poker Face wheres theres 5 cups of Coke but one of it were mixed with salt and the members have to choose which one of the cup they wanted to drink. The catch of this game is that, the fans have to guess which member that get the Salted Coke. The winner of this game is the person that choose the member correctly which is Bawool get a signed rugby ball by The King members themselves together with a group photo opportunity.

After the game session ended , The King members took another break before proceed with the Selfie-High-touch session and a group photo session. The event then ended around 3PM with a fansign session and a last words from the boys.
