PUCHONG - The Korean idol boys group THE KING came to Malaysia for The King Get-Together Tour Party in Malaysia 2018. THE KING came to Malaysia from April 27th to May 1st, 2018 for a five days promo tour.

THE KING is a five young man group from South Korean whom made their debut back in 2012. They are Choi Rang (27) , Sejin (26) , Donghyeok (25) , Seungjae (24) and Bawool (23). Since debut, they are mainly focus on Hip-Hop and R&B genre. Before they debut, they actively took part in various performance inclusive to perform at Hongdae, Korea and Japan.

The five boys ended their promotion tour here in Malaysia successfully and will continue their tour soon to Thailand and other countries.

The press conference for The King Get-Together Promo Tour Party 2018 was held at the Loud Speaker , SetiaWalk City Mall , Puchong on 27th April 2018 , Friday.The press conference started around 11AM with the appearance of the boys on stage. Then , The boys introduced their self in both Bahasa Malaysia and Korean before the interview session started.

Interview Session

Q: How do you feel to be back in Malaysia again for the promo tour?

Sejin : The main reason for us to come back here in Malaysia is because of the thankful heart we had for our fans in Malaysia.

Q: Please introduce Look Back (concept).

Bawool : Compared to the previous album , which had R&B feel to it , Look Back is a dance music genre feel to it.

Q: What is the difference between Look Back and previous concept?

Choi Rang : First of all , the genre is different. The dance for Look Back is also more powerful. (Sorry , we cant hear the rest of his answer due to audio problem that we are having and the translator's mic doenst help as well during translation)

Q: What is your expectation in this round of promo tour?

Donghyeok : Since this is the first time we come here as our own (without any other artist) and can meet our fans more closer than before , we are looking foward to see the reaction of the fans here.

Q: What have you prepare for this round of promo tour? Any suprise event(s)?

Seungjae : Since we have showed a lot the last time we came here , we hope to interact more with fans this time.

Q: Introduce 1 of your all time favourite song and why?

Choi Rang : I always liked BEAST so I really liked to hear Midnight by Beast and hoping to be able to perform the song as well someday.

Donghyeok : Theres a song from Park Hyo Shin called Li-La. The reason is because of the lyrics is about being happy to do something for your own self whole hearty.

Seungjae : Theres a lot of artists that I look up to but I especially liked BigBang and BTS . i liked to hear DNA and Mic Drop.

Q: Can you guys show us any personal talent?

Sejin: Our Choi Rang can do BBoy-ing but since the stage is small so we'll do something else that are easier to do here. So , instead of ChoiRang , I'll show you guys what I can do with my ears for a little bit. Since its only for a short time , please record it fast guys. Look carefully (show his talent)

Q: Do you guys have any role model?

Sejin: Our role model is BigBang sunbae-nim.
