[COVERAGE] ALPHABAT MINI CONCERT IN KUALA LUMPUR 2017 PRESS CONFERENCE

KUALA LUMPUR - With 4 persons with new vibrant music and excitement to their fans.

March 2015, upon departure of their members and left with B:eta(30) , E:psilon(26), G:amma(24), they welcome their new member, K:appa(25) to AlphaBAT's family.

In the form of four, they come up together for a fresh start.

The South Korea boygroup, AlphaBAT coming back to Malaysia after 3 years from 10th to 12th Nov 2017 and succesfully ended their promotion in Malaysia with their cute and playful performance.

▸Press Conference

The press conference that was held at Red Box , Pavilion Shopping Mall on 10th November 2017 , Friday. The press conference started with the appearance of the boys in the room. Before they performed 2 of their songs , the Q&A session were held.

The Q&A started with a question from the Emcee asking how was their flight from Korea to Malaysia but Beta misunderstood the question the question thinking that they were asked on how does it feel coming to Malaysia so Gamma said that he expecting a lot as its been 3 years since they last came Malaysia.

The emcee then asked whether they have tried Malaysian foods and Epsilon said that he enjoyed eating Nasi Lemak while Beta said that Kappa ate a Durian candy at the airport so does he and he finds it delicious.

Kappa said that since theres no such candy in Korea , hes a little bit surprised by it but still ate it deliciously . Other members kinda disagree as they saw that he didn't really enjoyed it at the airport.

Then , the boys were asked by the emcee on what the idea or concept that they want to show the fans and Beta answered that they are focusing on releasing a song or an album for a refreshing kind of feeling , so they will release mostly a song or an album for Summer.

Lastly , the boys were asked what can fan expect from Alphabat in this tour and Beta answered that they will show a new colour and image of each members as they are starting again as 4 member group.

After the Q&A ended , the boys performed 2 of their songs which is 답정너 <Oh My Gosh!> and 원해 <Get Your Luv> . Soon , the Q&A with the media started but since theres no question being asked , Beta asked the media and fans how are they in Korean and the media and fans answered , yes in Korean which surprised the boys and the emcee.

After that , they were asked is there any genre that they want to try besides Summer song and Beta said that their 2nd track in the album titled 기도 <Baby> is a sad song about not wanting to break up with the person he loved and begging her to think about it again.

Futhermore , they were asked is there any other field they want to try. Kappa said that he would love to do some acting. Besides , Kami cinta padamu, Sama-sama and Terima Kasih , Beta knows Selamat Tengahari , saya dari Korea and Minta maaf , Beta wanted to learn more of Bahasa Malaysia and said that they will try to come to Malaysia frequently.

The next question was what they always do in their free time. Kappa said that since he stay at the same place as Beta , they talked with each other a lot about many things while Gamma walked his dog during the day and play an online game with Epsilon and Kappa.

Epsilon said that he always think of Alpha while doing other things and Beta just love to stay at home , read webtoon or watch movies and dramas and listening to music as he don't really play games.

They also added during the press conference that they dont have any problem with the member changing and Kappa also doing very well as the "maknae" in the group. (Hes not the maknae of the group in terms of age) He also brightening the mood in the group.

During the press conference , Kappa stated that he is close with Monsta X ' Wonho , Epsilon with TeenTop' Ricky as he didnt really have any other idol that he really close with while Beta said that he is close with DGNA' Injun , In2it' Isaac and T-Ara Soyeon. He also added that he did a video call with Isaac once he reached Malaysia telling him about it.

The fans and emcee then recommended some Malaysian foods to the boys like Durian , Laksa and ABC. The emcee then asked the boys which International artist they want to collaborate with. Beta said that he want to collaborate with Shawn Mendes , Epsilon choose Michael Bublé , Gamma chooses Charlie Puth and Kappa chooses Adelle.

Lastly, they were taught other Bahasa Malaysia words such as Saya Lapar (Im hungry) , syiok , saya kacak (Im handsome) and awak cantik ( you're pretty) . The press conference then ended around 12.00PM and the lunch is served for media and the boys.
